A Still Life Painting_Cherry






These cherries dropped this morning.
I taped it on a canvas and painted this.
Since I try to mimic the traditional way which I will do with oil painting, I did this one with two brushes, two layers, and eyeball to select color without UNDO in Photoshop.


今早出門時在院子撿了這剛從樹上掉下的櫻桃, 正在欣賞這只有短暫壽命的櫻桃,決定將這美捕捉下來,於是用紙膠貼到油畫布,畫了這張.
在電腦裡開了一張約20吋的畫布,因為想模擬傳統畫法,畫的過程只使用兩個筆刷,兩個圖層,背景色和前景的櫻桃,以及用肉眼選色,也完全避免UNDO.

Your photoshop stuff looks so traditional. I really like that about it. Could you post a mini tutorial on what brushes you use sometime?
